PARCEL #1
' Lot less the west 27.14 feet thereof and Lot 7 less the east 27.06
; feet thereof, in Block 5, Sunset Park RE-plat, as plat thereof,
~ in plat book 11 at page 28, of the public records of St, Lucie
County, Florida.
FARCEL #2
Lot , Block 72, Port St. Lucie Section Twenty-Seven, according to
the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 14, pages 5 and 5-a thru
5-I, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
PARCEL #2 above can be released from the vperation of this
herein mortgage deed on payment by the MORTGAGORS herein to the
MORTGAGEE herein of a lump sum principal payment of $1,412.00.
In the event this lump sum principal payment is made for the release
of the above PARCEL #2, then the monthly payments called for in the
promissory note attached hereto will be reduced from $54.00 per month
to $~10.00 per month starting with the second scheduled payment after
said lump sum payment has been actually made.
~ IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT ?HE MORTGAGORS
~ COVENANT AND AGREE THAT:
~ (1) The Mortgagors herein shall make within 7 days of the du
date the payments called for in the first mortgage now
encumbering this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein.
(2) The MORTGAGORS HEREIN WILL AT THE REQUEST OF THE MORTGAG E
herein acknowledge in writing, the existence of this
mortgage and the amount still due therein in an estoppel
form provided for this purpose by the MORTGAGEE.
(3) This is a purchase money second mortgage as to PARCEL
# 1 above and a first mortgage as to PARCEL #2 above.
(4) In the event that the fee simple tiitle of PARCEL #2 is
sold, conveyed, transferred or mortgaged, then the
aforesaid $1,412.00 lump sum payment MUST bF inade by
the MORTGAGEES herein in order to release the aforesaid
PARCEL #2 from the operation fo this mortgage.
