WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable cansiderations, and also in oonsiderotion of the aggregate sum of money ~amed in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter destribed, the Mortgagor does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, ~elease, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following described real estatP, of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, ond in actual pouession, situate in the County of St. Lucie , State of Florida, to-wit: Lot 9, Block 73, SOUTH PORT ST. Also all gas, steam, electric, water and other heating, ~ cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, applianoes, fixtures and appurtenances, which now or may hereafter pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even though they ~ may be detached or detachable. s IT IS P1IUTUAILY COVENANTED AN~J AGREED by and .between the parties hereto that upon request of the Mort- gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at its option, at anytime within twe~ty (20) years from the date hereof and be- fore fuil payment of this mortgage and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such further advances, with interest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an additional note then unpaid, and the total amount of indebtedness that may be secured by this mortgage may decrease or intrease from time ro time, but the total unpaid balance so secured at any one time shall not exceed the maximum principal sum of a_ 37,200;00_~_____, together with interest thereon and any and all disbursements made by ihe Mortgsgee fo~ the payment of taxes, levies, or insurance on the property aovered by the lien of this mortgage with interest on such disburse- ments at the rote specified in the note referred to in this mortgage, and for reasonable attorney's fees and court costs ~ncurred in the mllection of any or all of such sums of money.
