_ PAR?IAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE ~1~
KNON ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
NHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
r~ow the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
~ and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
~ A mortgage deed, ex~cuted the 14th day of Octc~er.
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continentai
Mortga~e Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing

encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more parti cul arly descri bed; as amended by Modi fi cati on of ,
MorLgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum~eand d
by an additional principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.
~ also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, Nhich
Modi fi cati on of Mortgage Deed was recorded i n Offi ci al Recard
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modiflca-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded~
~ in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and -
NHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a _
