NEWBERGER, Wife O R D E R This cause came on to be heard on April 24, 1974 at 1:30 p.m. for an order adjudging the Husband, Edward F. Newberger, Sr., to be in contempt of this Court for failing to abide by the Final Judgment heretofore entered in this cause on March 21, 1974 and the Court having heard testimony of the parties hereto and argu- ment of counsel for the respective parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon pRDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: l. The Court finds and determines that the Husband, EDWARD F. NEWBERGER, SR., is in arrears in his payments to the i ~ Wife, JEAN H. NEWBERGER, as of the date of this hearing for child I support and alimony in the sum of $502.00 for the support of the child named in the Final Judgment and alimony to the Wife; that the Husband is in arrears in his payment to the law firm of Willes, Bittan and Willes in the sum of $1,250.00 attorneys' fees. 2. That the Husband, EDWARD F. NEWBERGER, SR., is hereby held in contempt of this Court and that the imposition of sentence is hereby withheld upon the condition that the Husband, ~ EDWARD F.
