and to pay to Willes, Bittan & Willes their attorneys` fees in
the sum of $1,250.00 within thirty-one days from the date of this
Order.
3. That the payment of costs in the amount of $168.00
is deferred until a motion is filed by the Wife itemizing the
expenditures for costs and copy furnished to counsel for the
Husband. '
4. Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper
in the event the Husband fails to comply with the terms and con-
ditions above set out.
