FI1~L JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 3rd day of May, 1974,
upon the Husband's Answer and Waiver of notice of final hearing
and right to present testimony, and the Court having given full
consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: this
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of
this suit; that the relation of husband and wi€e now exists
between the parties; that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is therefore ORDERED as follows:
i
l. The marriage between TERRELL D. YOUNG and LINDA
HAYES YOUNG be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. The property settlement agreement admitted into evidence
is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are
Ordered to compl_y with the provisions thereof.
