This cause came on f or trial the 3rd day of r(ay ,
1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, f inds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
; 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARR7A~GE. The Marriage bet~een

MATTHEW P. HOY and BEVERLY H. HOY be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each af them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of tnatrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. QJSTODY. The custody of MELISSA JEAN HOY and CHRISTIN
ANN HOY, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to
MATTHEW I'. HOY, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
BEVERLY H. HOY.
3. FEES AND O~STS. The Court determines the sum of
~ ~ 350.00 tv be reasonable f or the Wife*s att~rney for his

~:zrvices herein and MATTHEW P. HOY is ordered to pay said attorney
said sum together with costs herein assessed at $ 52.50 ~
