RESTRAINING ORDER
This cause came on to be heard upon the sworn Petition of
the Wife for a temporar~• restraining order, restraining and
enjoining the Husband from interfering with, molesting, using
physical violence or anrioying the Wife or the minor children,
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is there-
upon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. That the Husband, BILLY W. CHILDRESS, be and he
is hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, molesting,

~ using physical violence, harassing or annoying the Wife and the
~
minor children.
2. All and singular the Sheriffs of the state of
Florida are directed to render such assistance to the Wife as may
be necessary in insuring the Husband's compliance with this Order,
without further order of this Court.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this day of May, 1974.
