In consid~ration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of ~1.00 and other good and
valuable considera~ion which I/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/Us, grant and ~ive to Florida
Power & Light Company and its successo~s and assigns an easement for the canstruction, operation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, transformer enclowres and
appurte~ant equipment) to be installed f~om time to time; with the right to reconstnict, improve, add to, change
the siZe of or remove such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of ariy
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our property described
as follows;
The easement more particularly described as the East 10 feet of the folZowing
described property:
From the NE corner of Section 18, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, run South along the East line of said Section 2038. 22 feet to the
~ point of beginning, thence on a deflection of 88°45' to the right, run West 294 feet;
~ thence on a deflection of 91°15' to the right, run North 209 feet, ~thence run
North88°45'East a distance of 115. 88 feet, thence run South a distance of ?0 feet; ~o ~
I thence run North88°45'East, a distance of 178.12 feet to the East Section line, thence , ~
South 139 feet to the point of beginning; less the East 25 feet for Hartman Road
right-of -way.
It is the intent that this easement granted herein be adjacent to and parallel with ~
the West right-of-way line of Hartman Road as it now exists. • i
