within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, maintenance,
etc., set Iorth in scrid notice within IS days after receipt ot same_
2. lf the undersigned shall fcril or refuse to accomplish the required repairs or maintenance,
etc., wiihin the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVII.OPMENT CORPORA'fION, its successors or assigns,
acting by ~d through its duly authorized agents may come upon the p:emises tor ihe purpose o! doing '
the necessary w~:k. ~'covided, however, that such work shall be limited to lawn ~d yard mainten~ce ~
to prevent cm overgrown or unkempt ap~ance, and to painting and minor repairs to the exterior oi ~
ihe building or buildings, situated on the premises in order to prevent an unsighily or unsafe condition. i

3. As io ~?y costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-.
cessers or assigns, in br:nging about tmd accomplishing ihe work relerred to in the notice, ihe under- 'k
signed agrees to make pa~~ment thereoi within 10 days after demand. Provided, however, ihat dem~d
ior payment shall not exceed actual costs or expenses incurred.
I 4. ln ihe event that !he undersigned shall fail or reiuse to make payment ot the actual cosis or
~ expenses in~urred, then, and in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
