Truatees under Aqreement dated July 23, 1957, recorded in Deed Book
230, paqe 460, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, herein-
after called the grantors, to BLANCHE W. VICARS
, whose post office address is 213 Greenbriar Lexington, Kentucky
hereinafter called the grantees: ,
WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for and,in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
~ is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lots 31 and 32, Block 56 in SAN LUCIE PLAZA SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 5, page 57, of the public
# records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

TOG~THER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that
at~ th;nc~s in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied
with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
~i 1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free
~ of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,
