SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That GENERAL DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION a corporation existing under the laws of the State of
Delaware the owner and holder of two mortgaga deeds executed by
MELVIN F. SSMBLER, individually, FRED•°A. BESAARA, individually,
ALBERT L. DANGLER, individually, NICHOLAS MANOS, individually and
ST. LUCIE PLAZA, a joint venture comprised of MELVIN F. SEMBLER,
individually, FRED A. BESHARA, individually and as trustee, ALBERT L.
DANGLER, individually, and NICHOLAS MANOS, individually to GENERAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION bearing date the 9th day of December, A. D.
1973, recorded in Official Records Book 222, Pages 2513 and 2522,
in the off ice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
State of Florida, securing notes in the principal sum of FORTY TWO
THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED ($4~2,600.00) and TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY
($2,130.00) DOLLARS respectively, and certain promises and obligations
set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida described as follows, to-wit:

COMMENCE at the southeast corner of the northeast
1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of said Section 22 as shown
on map of "RIVER PARK UNIT 1" as recorded in Plat
Book 10 at Page 69 of Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. Run North 0° 07' 00" East along
the east line of said Northwest 1/4, 44.77 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING of the parcel hereinafter
described. Thence continuing North 0° 07' 00" East
along said east line for a distance of 450.61 feet
to a point on the westerly right-of-way line of
U. S. Highway No. 1; thence southeasterly alonq the
arc of a circular curve to the left, having a radius
of 1952.08 feet through a central angle of 11° 52' 32"
for a distance of 404.60 feet said curve:being coin-
cident with said westerly right-of-way line; thence
run South 62° 22' 00" West for a distance of 145.87
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 0.604 Acres more or less.
