12. Completion of Construction of the five buildings shall
in accordance~with existing plans and specifications and
in accordance with building one which is substantially
com~~eted except for a change in the planned kitchen
cabinets and a change in carpeting which are to be modif3ed
as agreed upon between the parties.
13. The Parties agree that this Contract shall be recorded
in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
