FINAL JUDGMRNT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 29th day~of April, 1974
and the Court Y~aving given full consideration to all the evidence,
and the Stipulation of the parties, finds and determines: this
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this
suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and shauld be dissolved. It is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. T'he marriage between HUGH C. W~LC~L, JR. and
f MARTHA L. WHELC~L be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and ea~h of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
~ of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
tions arising therefrom.
2. Custody of ~LEN WHLLC~L, minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to MARTHA L. W~LC~L, with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to HUGH C. Wf~:LC~L, JR.
3. Commencing the 3rd day of May, 1974, HUGH C. Wf~LCHEL,
JR. shall pay to MARTHIsi L. WI~:LC~L the swn of Fifty Dollars ($50)
each and every week for the support of the minor child above named.
