W~LCI~L, JR. ahall pay to MARTHA L. WI~SLC~L the sum of Twenty-
five Dollars ($25) each and every week as reasonable rehabilitative
alimony for the period of seven (7) full years or until she remarries
or dies, whichever event occurs first.
Each payment as hereinabove set out shall be made
to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to MARTHA
L. W~LCHEL. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00
as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
Both of the parti.es are ordered to keep the Clerk of this~Court
advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while
this order is in effect.
4. That the Husband, SUGH C. W~LC~L, JR., by appropri-
ate instrument shall convey to the Wife, MARTHA L. W~LCSEL, his
interest in the marital home and property on Jenkins Road, including
the furnishings, furniture and fixtures. T'he Husband, HUGH C.
~
~ WF~LC~L, JR., shall be responsible for the payment in full of the
mortgage now existing on the marital home and property. The Husband
is given the privilege of paying off said mortgage in full or to
continue making the monthly mortgage installment payments until the
Husband has paid said mortgage in full. The Husband, so long as the
mortgage is outstanding, shall pay the taxes and insurance on the
mortgaged property when the same become due and before they become
delinquent. In the event the Husband elects to pay the mortgage off
in monthly payments rather than paying it in a lump sum then in t2iat
event the Husband shall furnish to the Wife an insurance policy
wherein she is the irrevocable beneficiary in an amount sufficient ~
