ORDER ADDING PARTIES DEFENDANT
AND AUTHORI Z ING ANIENDMENT TO COMPLAINT
The above styled action coming on this day to be heard
after notice, upon motion of plaintiff for leave to amend complaint
by addinq parties defendant, and it appearing to the Court that
East Coast Lumber and Supply Company, a Florida corporation, and
Tenavision, Inc., a New Jerse~ corporation authorized to do business
in the State of Florida, are necessary and proper parties to this
action, and that plaintiff should be g=anted leave to amend its
complaint in accordance with the motion; and the Court being fully
advised, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that East Coast Lumber and Supply

s Company, a Florida corporation, and Tenavision, Inc., a New Jersey

corporation, be, and they are hereby made additional parties
defendant to this action and that plaintiff be granted leave to
file an am~endment to its complaint, naming said corporate defen-
dants as additional parties defendant hereto, and further amending
Paragraph 10 of said complaint by inserting the name of the
additional defendants following the words "a Virginia corporation"
in the 14th line thereof and inserting additional sub-paragraphs
immediately following sub-paragraph (p) thereof , as follows :
(q) Claim of lien by the defendant East Coast
Lumber and Supply Company for $10,270.28, filed January
21, 1974 in Official Record Book 222 at page 2975.
