THIS CAUSE coming before th~: Court on the Stipulation of
counsel for a physical examirdtion of_the Plaintiff, Orrin John
Vickers, and the Court having considered the Stipulation and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the plaintiff, Orrin John Vickers,
submit to a physical examination by Dr. Daniel Stalker, on a da~y
and hour to be obtained by the defendants.
' The results of the examination shall be reported to the de-

fendants' attorneys in writing in a detailed manner, setting out
his findings acld conclusions. If requested by plaintiff, defendants
shall promptly furnish plaintiff a copy of such report and plaintiff
shall thereupon or thereafter as the case may be, furnish defendants
with a like report or reports of examination relating to same in3uries
previously or thereafter made by another physician.
