WAGNER, Wife F INAL JUDGMLNT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 29th day of April, 1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that t2ze marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between I JOSEPH A. WAGNER and LORETTA E. WAGNER be and the same is hereby ( dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. ALIMONY. Comanencing the first day of May, 1974, JOSEPH A. WAGNER shall pay to LORETTA E. WAGNER the sum of $250.00 eacY? and every month for a period of 2 years as rehabi- litative alimony. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to L0~2ETTA E. WAGNER. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall .
