Avenue "D", run West alonq the South line of Avenue "D", 200.0
feet to the Easterly Riqht-of-way line of Anqle Road (Said
Easterly Riqht-of-Way of Angle Road beinq 50 feet distant from
the Centerline measured at right anqles thereto), thence run
Southeasterly along the Easterly Riqht-of-Way of Angle Road
200.0 feet, thence run East 200 feet parallel with the North

An Easement for ~ngress and eqress is herewith qiven and
conveyed to the Grantee over a 12 foot wide strip of land
lying adjacent to and easterly of the East property line
of the Regal Petroleum Corp. property as set forth in that
Deed recorded in O. R. Book 13, page 314, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, which said Easement strip shall
commence at the Southerly right-of-way line of Avenae "D"

described. This Easement is not exclusive, but is to be _
