Avenue "D", x'un West alonq the South line of Avenue "D", 200.0
feet to the Easterly Right-of-way line of Anqle Road (Said
Easterly Right-of-Way of Anqle Road beinq 50 feet distant from
the Centerline measured at riqht anqles thereto), thence run
Southeasterly alonq the Easterly-Right-of-Way of Angle Road
200.0 feet, thence run East 200 feet parallel with the North
line of said SW'1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section
8 to a point for the Point of Beqinninq : from the point of
Beginninq, thence run West parallel with the North line of

conveyed to the Grantee over a 12 foot wide strip of land
lying adjacent to and easterly of the East property line
of the Regal Petroleum Corp. property as set forth in that

St. Lucie County, Florida, which said Easement strip sMa„1
comanence at the Southerly right-of-way line of Avenne D

described. This Easement is not exclusive, but is to be
used jointly with the Grantors herein and their heirs,
