there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 a8 statutory coets ~
to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both
of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court
, advised of their mailing and reaidence address at all times
while thia Order is in effect.
4. PROPERTY S$TTLEMENT: BENNIE WILLIAMS shall pay
~ within 60 days from the date of this Final Judgment all
outstanding hospital and doctor bills in connection with the
birth of the minor child of the parties. The Federal Income
Tax refund in the approximate amount of $1,100.00 shall be ~

divided equally between the parties hereto. ±
~ 5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby
i, enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or
I
annoying the other.
6. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of
$400.00 to be reasonable for the wife's attorney for his
services herein and BENNIE WILLIAMS is ordered to pay said
~ attorney said sum together with costs herein assessed at

$30.50.
