MARIE S. O'NEILL who after being duly sworn did depose and say:
1. She is the daughter of Walter K. Gillin, a/k/a Walter
Gillin, who died in St. Lucie County, Florida on January 15, 1974.

Mary Gillin, during the month of June in the year 1904 and that
of her personal knowledge the marriage of Walter K. Gillin and
Mary Gillin was continuous and uninterrupted down to the date
