Plaintiff, a judgment creditor, EAGLE FINANCE CORPORATION,
having filed a Motion herein, by its attorneys of record, showing execution
against BETTY JOE WRIGHT as unsatisfied in compliance with Florida
Statute 56. 29, and it appearing therefrom that the Defendant is believed to have
assets that are hidden or concealed, or unknown, all of which should be made
available to satisfy the judgment execution of the Plaintiff, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that COURT REPOftTERS, INC.,
Suite 203, Bittan Building, 201 S. Second Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida, or

~ any other qualified Court Reporter in its office who by Florida Law is authorized
~ to take acknowledgments, be and it is hereby appointed as a special examiner

~ of this Court, to hear and transcribe the testimony of the Defendant, concerning
property held by Defendant.
IT IS FURTHER ORDER,ED AND ADJUDGED ,that the Defendant appear
befbre said special examiner at Suite 203, Bittan Building, 201 S. Second
Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida, on Wednesday, May 15, 1974, at 2:30 p. m. ,
to be fully examined at that time concerning any property in her name, or her
care, custody or control, which may be rightfully subjected to the Plaintiff's
execution herein, and to show cause why said property should not be made

available to satisfy Plaintiff's execution herein. ~
