of the State of Florida for State Road purposes. The remainder of the pro-
perty hereby conveyed is subject to restrictions, covenants, reservations
and easements of record.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that in
all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied
with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free
of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,
19 7 3 .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantors as Trustees aforesaid
have executed this Deed the day and year f irst above written. '
