ORDER ON MOTION FOR CONTEMPT
TfiIS CAUSE came on tn be heard on April 24, 1974, on the
Wife's Motion for Contempt Order and Notice ot Hearing; and L'ne
Court having heard testimony of both parties; the wife being
represented by counsel, and the Court being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, -
It is therefore, ORDERED as follows:

1. The Court finc~s ana c~e~e~mines LIidL ~~~e nu~~d~~u,
WATSON, is in arrears in his payments pursuant to the terms of the
Final ~.idgment entered by this Court on December 18, 1972, in-fail-
ing to pay child support in the amount of $480.00.

2. The Husband, EARL C. WATSON, is hereby held in contempt of
this Court and he may purge himself of contempt by paying to the
Clerk of this Court on Friday, May 10, 1974 and on each Friday of
each week thereafter, the regular support payment of $30.00 per week
plus an additional $10.00 per week on the arrearage until it is
caught up, making a total weekly payment of $40.00 each week. Each
payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted
promptly to ELOISE WATSON. In addition there is hereby assessed the
sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to
the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk
