KNOW ALL M~N 8Y THESE PRESENTS:
I~IHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAI CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, 1s
now the owner and holder by assignment of the follcwing mortgages
and th~ notes s~cured ther~by, to-wit:
~ A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
. Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business.Trust, securing
~=5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Luc1e County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
~ more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sun secured
by an addi ti onal pri nci pal i ndebtedness of ;1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie

WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premi ses , fran the 1 i en and operati on of s ai d
mortgage;
NON, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the oremises and the sum of ~our Thousand Two H~ndred Twent ive

•does rem se, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its .

TO NAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair,
alter or diminish the effect, lien or encunbrapce of the aforesaid •
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not released
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
