GRANT OF EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE,, made and entered into this 19th day

wife, parties of the first part, Grantors, and OTIS LEWIS and ILA
' LEWIS, hie wife, partYes of the second part, Grantees;
WHEREAS, the Grantors are seized in fee simple and in
possession of lands lying in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 32,
Township 35 3outh, Range 40 East; and
WHEREAS, Grantees are seized in fee simple of a parcel

one (1) property served by aceess easement; and ~
WHEREAS, Grantors have agreed that for and in consideration
of the sum of TEN bOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable con-
siderations, to grant unto Grantees and all other persons claiming
by, through or under Grantors, or either of them, their predecessors
non-exclusive
in title or their heirs or legal representatives, a perpetual/easement
or right-of-way running with the land described as Parcel 1 over the
land described below as access easement for the purpose and in the
manner explained below.

~ Now, this Indenture, WITNESSETH:
That for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, receipt of which
is acknowledged, Grantors grant unto Grantees, their heirs and assigns,
full and free right and liberty for them and their tenants, servants,
visitors and licensees for all purposes connected with the use and
enjoyment of the land of the Grantees and those likely situated for
whatever purpose the land from time to time lawfully may be used and
enjoyed to pass and repass along the provided roadway, more particu-
larly de~cribed as follows:
