DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 8th day of May, 1974, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determi.nes: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter of this suit; that the reYation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dis-
solved. It is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

; 1. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk of this

~ Court against the Husband, CAARLES G. KESSLER, be and the same is
~
hereby approved, ratified and confirmed.
2. The marriage between CBARLES G. KESSLER, Husband, and
LESLIE I. I~:SSLER, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matri.mony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
~ 3. Custody of ROBIN I~SSLER and TERI KESSLER, minor
children of the parties, is hereby awarded to LESLIE I. IQ~SSLER
with reasonable rights of visitation reserved to CHARLES G. KESSLER.
