Upon consideration at heazing of matters related to the cause herein, the Court finds that the
Defendant(s) ha S failed to show good cause why the Plaintiff should not be placed in possession of the
herein claimed property pending final adjudication of this matter; it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court issue a Writ of Replevin in this cause
setting forth thereon the property sought by Plaintiff in its Complaint.
