Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to CAROL ANN CLAItK. In addition, there i
hereby assessed the sum of $~00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. Al1 payments shall be made in
cash, money order or Cashier's check. Both of the parties are or-
dered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
4. PROPERTY. The husband agrees that the wife is entit-
led to all of the furniture, furnishings and personal property
used in their former domicile, and all clothing and personal items
belonging to the wife and child.
The husband further agrees to pay the liabilities set out

The Agreement entered into between the parties and admit-
ted as wife's "Exhibit No. 1", is incorporated herein by reference~
and made a part hereof; the Court noting that the same deals with
no real property or interest therein.
5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby en-
joineci and restrained from interfering iaith, harassing or annoying
the other.
6. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of
$350.00 to be reasonable for the wife's attorney for his services
herein and CARL CORBETT CLARK is ordered to pay said attorney said
