FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause came on before the Court on May 8,
1974, and the Court having given full consideration to the
pleadings and arguments of counsel, finds and determines:

This Court has jurisdiction of cne Ya~i:ic5 a.ju ~a•`
matter of this suit; that the defendant is attempting to
annex the plaintiff's property under the authority of §171.04
; FLA• STAT, which said law has been specifically held unconsti-

tutional by the Florida Supreme Court as it applies to terri-
~
4 tories owned by less than 10 registered voters; and that the
plaintiff is entitled to the relief prayed for as a matter of
law. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The defendant is hereby permanently enjoined from
further attempting to annex the plaintiff's property which is
the subject matter of this law suit pursuant to §171.04 FLA. STAT.
2. Each of the parties herein shall bear their own
~ costs.
