valuable consideration which I/we have received, 1/we and those holding through me/us. grant and give to Florida
Powe~ & Light Company and its wccessors and assigns an easement for the oonstn~ction, operation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities (inctuding wires, poles, guys, cables, oonduits, transfo~mer enclosures a~d
appurtenant equipment) to be installed f~om time to time; with the right to reoonstnict, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove wch facilities or any of them; to pernnit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, unde~, and acxoss my/our property described
