evidenced by a promissory note , whicYi mortgage encumbers

The unplatted part of Block 2 as shown in the Revised Map of Ft.
Pierce Beach, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
- Book 8 at Page 29 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
Excepting land described in instrument dated January 28, 1969, and

The mortgagee herein received an assignment of the interest in said
mortgage from the City National Bank of Miami, as guardian of the
: property of Joseph Laurans, by instrument dated March 25, 1974, and
recorded in Official Records Book 225 at Page 1457 of the Public
