TNIS MORTGAGE DEED executed on the day of ~~~j .
A. D. 1974 by O. R. MINTON and SHIRLEY L. MINTON, his wife, O. R.
MINTON, JR., and CYNTHIA MINTON, his wife, JOHN L. MINTON and
ELIZABETH MINTON, his wife, BERRYMAN T. MINTON and JEAN MINTON, his
wife, and O. R. MINTON as Gu,~r$ian of the property of MICHAEL D.
MINTON, a minor, all of Saint Lucie County, Florida, hereinafter.
calle3 Mortgagors, to MISSION GROVES, INC., a corporation existing
under the laws of the State of Florida, with its permanent post office
address at P. O. Box 1142, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, hereinafter
called the Mortgagee:
WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable considerations, and also
in consideration of the agqregate sum named in the promissory note
hereinafter described, the Mortgagors hereby grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee

possession situate in Saint Lucie County, Florida, viz:
West 3/4 of N 1/2 of Section 27, Township 34 South,
. Range 39 East, less road and canal rights-of-way
I' and less South 205 feet of North 440 feet of East
~ 260 feet of SW 1/4 of NE 1/4. Said land containing
~ 238.25 acres, more or less, lying and being in St.
~ Lucie County, Florida.
This is a Second Mortgage, subject to that Mortgage
Deed from Grantors herein to The Federal Land Bank
of Columbia, South Carolina, dated December 14, 1973,
and recorded December 28, 1973, in O. R. Book 222,
Page 783, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. -
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with the tenements, neredita-
ments and appurtenances thereto belanging, and the rents issued and
profits thereof, unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple.
AND the Mortgagors covenant with the Mortgagee that the Mortgagors
are indefeasibly seized of said land in fee simple; that the Mortgagors
have good right ancl lawful authority to convey said land as aforesaid;

~ tilat the Mortgagors will make such further assurances to perfect the
fee simple title to said land in the Mortgagee as may reasonably be
required; that the Mortgagors hereby fully warrant the title to said
land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free and clear of all encumbrances.
