MINTON, a minor, all of Saint Lucie County, Florida, hereinafter. calle3 Mortgagors, to MISSION GROVES, INC., a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, with its permanent post office address at P. O. This is a Second Mortgage, subject to that Mortgage Deed from Grantors herein to The Federal Land Bank of Columbia, South Carolina, dated December 14, 1973, and recorded December 28, 1973, in O. R. Book 222, Page 783, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. - TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with the tenements, neredita- ments and appurtenances thereto belanging, and the rents issued and profits thereof, unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple.
