citrus grove vre~sentl;- growing or_ the above described property in
a manner equal to the care and maintenance customarily ~ra~.~i:ied b~-
o::ners or citrus groves in St. Lucie County, Florida.
If in any year fifty per cent (50~) or more of the citrus fruit
crop growing on the above described property is lost, then in that
event, only accrued interest will be due and payaAle during that year
