ORDER ON MOTION FOR CONTEMPT
This cause came on to be heard on May 8, 1974 upon Motion
for Order of Contempt filed against the Ausband, BILLY WAYNE
CHILDRESS, for his failure to pay attorneys' fees and costs to
the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes and the Court having
heard testimony on behalf of the Husband, and lang fully advised
in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED that the matter of contempt will be held in abeyance
until the final hearing in Case No. 74-395 C.A. wherein the
parties hereto are seeking a dissolution of the marriage.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this c~y of May, 1974.
