ORDER QN TEMPORARY RELIEF
This cause coming on to be heard on Mav 8, 1974 on that
portion of the Petition seeking temporary relief, and the Court
having heard testi.mony of the respective parties and argument
of counsel for the Wife and being fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That custody of BILLY WAYNE CFIILDRESS, JR., DIANA
LYNN CAILDRESS and FRANCES ANN CHILDRESS, mi.nor children of the
parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife with reasonable visitation

~ rights reserved to~the Husband, BILLY W CffiLDRESS.
2. Commencing the lOth day of May, 1974, the Husband,
BILI~Y W. CHILDRESS, shall pay to the Wife, PAULINE D. CHILDRESS,
the sum of $30 each and every week for the support of the children
above named. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this
Court and by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition,
there is hereby assessed the sum of $1 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be
~ made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties

are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their
