3. That the Husband, BILLY W. CHILDRESS, is permitted
to reside in the marital dwelling until final hearing of this
cause or until further order of this Court. provided he shall
not interfere with, harass, annoy, molest or use physical violence
on the Wife or the minor children during such occupancy.
4. That the Wife, PAULINE D. CffiLDRESS, shall have the
use and possession of the 1967 Grand Prix Pontiac automobile.
5. That the Husband shall be required to make the
monthly mortgage installment payments on the marital dwelling,
to pay the taxes and insurance when the same become due and=before
they become delinquent, and the utility bills including the basic
telephone bill.
6. Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto
is retained far the entry of such further orders herein as may be
