DF~D FOR FLOR I DA THIS INDENTURE, Made APRIL 4, 1974 , by and between JAMES T LYNN , Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of Washington, D. C., thereinafter referred to as "Grantor"), and CARL ALLEN NAMILTON~ a single man and LUCILLE HAMILTON~ a cnarried woman, as joint tenants with the express rights of sur- (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee(s)").vivorship and not as tenants in cotu~on. residing at 2806 Essex Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450 WITNESSETH: That the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) to him in hand paid and other valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, aiiened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents doth grant, bar- gain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the said Grantee(s), and the heirs and assigns of s~.id Grantee(s), forever, all that certain parcel af land lying and being in the County of ST.
