Begin at the Southwest corner of said Lot 6, thence North
33°37'24" East a distance of 59.40 feet, thence South 89°
58'S8" East a distance of 117.79 feet to the beginning of .
a curve concave Northerly, thence along said curve having
a central angle of 27°27'30" and a radius of 1963.86 feet
an arc distance of 84.70 feet through an angle of 02°28'
37", thence South 56°58'15" East a distance of 32.45 feet
to a point on the West line of North Second Street, thence
South along the West line of North Second Street a dis-
tance of 35.72 feet to a point on the South line of said
Lot 5, thence Westerly along the South line of said Lot 5
and said Lot 6 a distance of 274.80 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
