Before me, tlie undersigned authority, personally appeared •
EDWARD T. DANIELS, JR., who, being duly sworn, says that he is
the General Manager for the Lienor herein, BARBER LUMBER COM-
PANY OF FORT PIERCE, INC., whose address is 2730 South 4th
Street, Fort Pierce, FL 33450, and that in pursuance of an oral
agreement with RAY DAVEY, Lienor furnished materials consisting
of lumber and building materials on the follawing described
property in Saint Lucie County, Florida:
N. 150 ft, of S. 650 ft. of Lot 69, less W.
66 ft. thereof from Rd., Maravilla Gardens
S/D, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 7, page 19, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
o~wned by WILLIAM J. GROETSCA and ELEANOR M. GROETSCH of a total
~ value of $1,634.45 of which there remains unpaid $1,634.45 and
~
~ furnished the first of the same on December 3, 1973, and the
~
~ last of the same on February 13, 1974, and that one of the awners,
namely WILLIAM J. GROETSCH, selected all or part of the paneling
and other materials supplied, supervised the delivery of the
materials, and supervised the actual construction.
