deeded alon~ with TIh10THY PHILLIPS in 1956: Lot 1, Lot 3 according to the ;
plat of Irene Plaza as recorded in Plat Qook 9 at page 33.
2. That the praperty was deeded to her and TIMOTHY PHILLIPS from CASITAS,
INC, by deed recorded in Deed Book 215 at page 529.
3. That she and TIt~IOTFlY PHILLIPS no lonoer live and reside together and
that she does not expect to sign a deed to the property unless and until she si~ns
it in front of and haS it notarized by a lawyer in the firm of BRYAN AND Y.OBLEGARD
and that should any instrument be filed for record ~rhich puruortedly has her
siqnature and same ~s not witnessed and notarized by one of the above, then she
did not sign san~e.
