This cause came on to be heard on May 6, 1974 at 10:00 a.m.
and counsel for the respective parties being present and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. That no facts were admitted, no issues abandoned and
no unusual or questionable points of law presented.
~ 2. That each side submitted a written list of witnesses
to be called, except for impeachnient witnesses. Each side was
allowed through May 10, 1974 to file a supplemental list of
witnesses whose names may appear in the depositions heretofore
taken in said cause.
3. The itemized schedule of all docwnentary and tangible
evidence or exhibits were submitted and will be admitted in
evidence subject, l~owever, to objections for materiality and
~ relevance.
