DYSSOLUTIBN OF MARRIAGE ~
This cause came on for trial the day of
1974, and the Court having given full cansideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: 'Ziiis Court has 3urisdictian of
the parties and sub3ect matter of this suit; that the relatian
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOI~TTION~ OF MARRIAGE. 1'1ze marriage between MITCHELL
HYATT and LOUISE R. HYATT be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
i the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds

f ' of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-

~ tions arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME. LOUISE R. HYATT be and she is
hereby authorized to assume her foYmer name of LOUIS~ R. JOHNSt~ii
and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not
intervened.
3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby
enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or
- annoying, the other. ~
