FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on far trial the 13th day of May, 1974 ~
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
I ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
C 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIIGE. The marriage between

ROBERT DENNIS BAUGHAN and MARY FRANCES BAUGHAN be and the same is

~ hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
~ forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existir.g b~tween
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME. MARY FRANCES BAUGHAN be and
she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of MARY FRANCES
I?iINOR and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had
not intervened.

3. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of ~
to be reasonable for the wife's attorney for his services herein
and ROBERT DENNIS BAUGHAN is ordered to pay said attorney said
