DISSOIUTION OF MARRIAGE i~~'~~1,
This cause came on f or trial the 13th day of May ,
1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, f inds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of ~
husband and wife naw exists between the parties; and that the
marriage betw~een the parties is irretrievably broken and should "
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED as follows:

! l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The Marriage between DENNIS
~ GORDON and REBECCA D. GORDON be and the same is hereby dissolved,

bonds of matrimony heretof ore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of JEFFREY A. GORDON, minor child
of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, REBECCA D. GORDON.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdicti~n of this caus~, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such, further Orders
as may be proper.
