LUCIE COUNTY, formerly St. Lucie County Bank, a Florida banking corpora- tion, as party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, received from or on behalf of CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, as party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part that certain first mortgage bearing date the 23rd day of February, 1973, made by Gulf-Atlantic Investments of Fort Pierce, Inc., a Florida corporation, in favor of St. Lucie County Bank, now Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, and recorded in O.R. Book 211, page 914 of the pub]ic records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and that certain second mortgage bearing date the 28th day of March, 1974, made by Gulf-Atlantic Invest'ments of Fort Pierce, Inc., a Florida corporation, in favor of Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, recorded in O.R. Book 225, page 1392 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, both said mortgages encumbering the following described piece or parcel of land situate and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: Beginning at the NW corner of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 15, Township 35 South, Range ~0 East, run thence Eastzrly along the South 1/4 - 1/4 Section line to a point on the East right of way of Oleander Avenue (State Road S-605); thence run South 00°26'26" East along.the said East right of way of Oleander Avenue 793.67 feet to a point; thence run South ~ 89°42'43" East a distance of 260.02 feet to a point; thence run North 24°42'32" West a distance of 123 feet to the point of beginning; from said point of beginning continue North 24°42'37" West a distance of 120 feet to a point; thence run ' North 65°17'23" East a distance of 154.01 feet; thence run i South 24°42'37" East a distance of 120 feet to a point; thence ~ f run South 65°17'23" West a distance of 154.01 feet to the ~ point of beginning. ° TOGETHER WITH a fifteen-foot easement for ingress and egress ~ lying Southerly and Westerly, respectively, and adjoining the following described lines and as measured at right angles to said lines : Begin at a point on the East right of way of Oleander Boulevard 400 feet North of the intersection of the East right of way of Oleander Boulevard and the North right of way of Virginia Avenue. From said point of beginning run South 89°42'43" East a distance of 275.02 feet to a poir.t (terminus of Line No. 1). From said point (terminus of Line No. 1) run North 24°42'32" West a distance of 123.0 feet to a point (terminus of Line No. 2).
