$1,600.42 on the ~~'day of 1974, and a like sum on
the corresponding day of each month thereafter until the whole
be fully paid.
Each installment first shall be applied on payment
of the interest and then on the unpaid balance of the principal
sum. If default is made in the payment of any installment when ~
due, and such default continues thirty (30) days, then at the
option of the holder, and without any other notice, all the
remaininq installments shall be due and payable at once. Privi-
lege is given ta repay the indebtedness evidenced hereby in
whole or in part at any time without penalty. Neither forbear-
ance nor acceptance by the holder thereof after any default in
any payments hereon shall be deemed an extension. A late pay-
ment charge of $80.02 shall be added to each installment remain-
ing unpaid fourteen (14) days after its due date, and a like sum
shall be added to each such installment remaining unpaid fourteen
(14) days after each succeeding payment date.•
Gulf~Atlantic waives demand, notice of nonpayment and
protest, and in the event it becomes necessary to collect the

indebtedness through an attorney, agrees to pay aZl costs of
collection, including reasonable attorney's fees.
2. In addition to the real property described herein, it
is mutually agreed this instrument shall encumber all buildings,
improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected
on the real property described herein or placed therein, including
all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single
units or centrally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air-
conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventilation or
other services, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or

thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors to lessees is
customary or appropriate, including screens, window shades,
storm doors and windows, floor coverings, screen doors, awnings,
