are hereby declared to be a part of the real estate described
herein whether physically attached thereto or not); and the same
is also intended to encumber all easements and the rents, issues
and profits of said real property which are hereby pledqed,
assigned, transferred and set over unto the Association, whether
now due or hereafter to become due as provided in the supplemental
agreement hereinafter referred to which is also secured hereby.
The Association is hereby subrogated to the rights of all mortgagees,
lienholders and owners who receive full payment from the proceeds
of the loan secured by this agreement. ,
3. Gulf-Atlantic, for itself and its successors and assigns,
covenants and agrees to and with the Association, its successors
and assigns, to faithfully perform each and every covenant and
obligation by, the mortgagor to be kept and performed, as more
particularly set forth in covenants numbered 1 through 13, both
inclusive, with respect to the indebtedness hereby evidenced
and the property securing same, all as are more particularly set ~
forth in that certain master form supplemental agreement recorded
pursuant to Florida Statutes, §695.Q2, in O€ficial Record Book

4 138, pages 115 through 118 of the public records of St. Lucie
~
~ County, Florida, which said agreement is hereby incorporated
~ herein as fully as if written out verbatim.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this
agreement to be executed in their respective corporate names by
officers duly authorized so to do, and their corporate seals to
be affixed, on the day and year first above written.
