,h. Deed dated June 12, 1970 from General Development
Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, to Willie H.
Lavender and Helen Lavender, his wife duly filed the
9th day of July, 1970, in Official Records 185 Page
2092 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, the
toilawing descrii~ed reai propercy, co-wit:
Lot•4, Block 590 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 13, a
Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 13, Page 4, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
3. That at the time of his death the decedent was a bona fide
domiciliary of the State of Florida, which domicile was established
in 1947.
4. That affiant and the decedent were married on August 30, 1926,
and at all times thereafter until the date of death of the decedent,
affiant and the decedent were continuously husband and wife, and that
such relationship was uninterrupted until the date of death of the
said decedent.
5. That there is attached to and made a part of this Affidavit
a~certified copy of the death certificate evidencing the death of the
decedent. ~
